Get HLA calls genes

getHlaCallsGenes get's genes found in HLA calls.

getHlaCallsGenes(hla_calls)

Arguments

hla_calls

HLA calls data frame, as returned by readHlaCalls function.

Value

Character vector of genes in hla_calls.
